3 tips for the start of the season

Ready, set, go!

If you live at the Wilden Kaiser, it goes without saying that you want to go skiing. On 7 December your dreams come true. Here are our tips for a smooth start to the season.

The temperatures are dropping, the days are getting noticeably shorter, and winter is knocking on the door. On 7 December the ski season starts in the Wilder Kaiser region. We don't know how you feel, but we at Hotel Alpin can hardly wait to finally put on our skis and hit the slopes of one of the nine ski areas in the Wilder Kaiser region. Speaking of skiing: You should prepare yourself before for your skiing holiday at our ski hotel in the Alps, even if you are a professional skier. Here are our three tips for a smooth start to the season.

  1. Warm up. Always. No excuses. Because ski gymnastics is important and warms up the muscles.
  2. Take it slow. You don't have to rush down the black run on the first day. Get into the swing of things on the red and blue slopes.
  3. Take a break. Do not overdo it. And avoid the last run of the day. Statistically, most accidents are caused by fatigue.

Ready? Set … and go!
